Smooth Secrets now offers mobile wax services by appointment only. Our rates are doubled and include travel time to and from any location within a 20 mile radius of our Highlands Ranch. The minimum rate for housecall/mobile waxing services is $300. Please text or email us directly to set up an appointment
Pre-Payment Deposit
A Pre-Payment Deposit of $150 is required at time of booking and the balance of service is due and payable at completion of service.
If appointment is cancelled within our cancellation policy, a full refund of the deposit will be returned. If appointment is a late cancelled/no show the deposit is non-refundable and applied toward late-cancel/no-show fee.

Under certain circumstances we can accommodate. For every mile outside of the range we will tack on a $10 fee on top of the service. To hold your appointment we will require a deposit of 75% of your total service amount.

We will travel 20 miles from our spa in Highlands Ranch. Local areas we can travel to are: Littleton, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, Denver, Castle Rock, Parker, Centennial, and Aurora to name a few.
For best results your hair needs to be at least the length of a grain of rice. If the hair is too short the wax cannot pick up the hair.
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. This will be your best friend in life. We recommend exfoliating the area you plan on waxing at least 24hrs prior. It helps get rid of dead skin and any build up. After getting waxed wait at least 48hrs (since you may still be a bit tender) and it will help prevent ingrown hair.
Some numbing creams work but it really depends. There are also some numbing creams that require you to have it on for at least 30 minutes before your service so you may have to plan accordingly with your appointment.
Well... waxing is pulling hair out by force so it truly depends on your pain tolerance, but don't you worry I'm here to help you! With special techniques, high quality hypoallergenic wax, after waxing cooling gel, and some fun conversation to keep you distracted, you will find out that there was nothing to be afraid of.
It honestly all depends on each person and their hair growth. For face and certain body services the range could be every other week to every 4 weeks. For bikini waxes I recommend every 3 to 4 weeks.
We personally don't recommend it. After waxing your skin could easily be irritated or get infected by sweating, bikini waxing especially. Try to avoid any high movement activities and direct sunlight for at least 24hrs (48 for bikini services).
Guests with bikini services should also try to avoid : working out, pools/hot tubs, the beach, and sex for 24-48hrs after the service.
